Wall System
PIR (Polyisocyanurate Foam) is a foaming material made by reacting an isocyanate with polyether after catalyst action, and its physical and fire resistance are better than ordinary polyurethane. It is an ideal organic low-temperature insulation material with small thermal conductivity, lightweight, and shock resistance. PIR wall panels are widely used in thermal insulation in the construction industry.
The wall sandwich panels with a PIR polyisocyanurate core in steel cladding are currently the most popular building material used for external wall cladding when constructing enclosed, industrial, warehouse or logistics buildings. The Wiskind PIR wall panels are also used to create partition walls, suspended ceilings and partitions in a variety of buildings. They are characterised by very good thermal and acoustic insulation.
Wall panels made with PIR core are the choice for buildings with very high thermal performance requirements. Wiskind pays special attention to product quality, therefore our PIR wall panels are manufactured under CE certificate, FM Approval, ISCC PLUS.
As an excellent thermal insulation building material, PIR wall panels are applied to walls and roofs of various types of buildings.

Digital & Intelligent Manufacturing
Wiskind introduces advanced equipment and technology from OMS, Italy. The total length of the production line is 320 meters, and the double tracks are 42 meters long. The equipment can produce cold storage panels with a thickness of 30mm-300mm, exceeding the current thickness limit of 250mm in the industry, meeting the client's special needs for low temperature environments. The advanced PU pentane foaming process not only achieves better foaming quality, but also truly achieves zero emission of fluoride during the production process, thus helping protect the global environment.
